Ro is the expert Administrator for Silver State Surgery Center and, in her fifteen plus years of healthcare management experience, has been the administrator of three previous centers, two of which she started from the ground up. She is responsible for managing legal affairs, Government Relations, credentialing, licensing, accounting, finances, contracts, insurance, and all administrative issues. Ro strongly believes in the importance of appreciating every staff member and making them feel safe and valued in their place of work.
Ro has extensive knowledge in the healthcare environment regarding regulating bodies, accreditation, state, federal and local requirements, and development of policies and procedures. Beyond her twenty-nine plus years in the healthcare industry, Ro has her Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration as well as vast experience successfully navigating every AAAHC survey and State inspections with flawless attention to detail. Ro is the epitome of the American Dream if there ever was one. From starting her career off as a medical assistant to running and operating a thriving surgery center, Ro has worked tirelessly to get to where she is. Ro is the heart, soul, and backbone of Silver State Surgery Center.
When Ro is not meticulously organizing and combing through legal and administrative documents she is succumbing to her call to the outdoors and her cowgirl heart. She spends her time off with her five children, nine grandchildren, husband, and their Yorkie and Border Collie.
